A product will be applicable for Return & Refund only where there is a Manufacturing defect / Wrong product is received at customer’s end. The product should have the original packaging and tags intact for being eligible for return.
A written mail along with the proof of defect (images & videos) need to be shared with us only then reverse pick-up will be initiated.
Once the product has been received back at our warehouse, it will be inspected & money would only be refunded once it’s ascertained it’s our product.
Amount will be refunded in the source account using the original payment method of the customer This amount will reflect in customer’s account in 10-12 working days after the receipt of the product at our end.
In the case of COD orders the customer would need to share their bank details via email on email@example.com & that will be credited to this said account in 10-12 working days after the receipt of the product at our end.
Note: If a customer wants to return their product, a written request (with images & of the product received) should be raised within 07 days from the date of receipt of the product to the customer on our mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
